Do you set goals or intentions for the year?
Do you actually follow through with them?
I am guilty of setting both goals and intentions. In the past I have been horrible at the follow through. Over the last two years I have done lots of personal development and must toot my own horn. 2018 I met lots not all, but lots of goals.
The key for me is making my goals small, or taking the big goals and making them into smaller monthly goals so that by the end of the year the big goal is accomplished.
I would love it if you shared some of your goals and intentions with me.
This year I have chosen the word GRACE. I want my year to focus around giving grace to those around me and to myself. One of my biggest faults is that I beat myself up if I don't get the results I was expecting right away, or if I make a small mistake or slip up on something. I just quit and then struggle to get back to it.
Allowing myself a little wiggle room to make mistakes and learn I think is going to be so exciting.
As for goals for this year stay tuned. I turn 40 in 2020 and I have come up with a list of 40 things that I would like to accomplish before I turn 41.
Some of my general goals for the year is to improve, my health and fitness as well as put more focus into my businesses. Riding horses more, connecting more with friends, and paying off a pile of debt.
