I have tried many different ways:
Baking soda in the boiling water
Vinegar in boiling water
Baking them in muffin tins
All of these have been a complete fail.
Last summer I started making pickled eggs and I tell you when you are peeling several dozen eggs at one time you need a way to do it easily.
I am going to share my method with you.
Step one. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step two. Spoon eggs into the boiling water
Step three. Boil for 15 minutes
Step four. Spoon into a ice bath
Step five wait another 15 minutes and peel
This method has worked without fail for me.
